Mark Guardino Biography

I have the National Association of REALTORs GREEN designation, the only green real estate professional designation recognized by NAR. It provides me with the ability to help clients evaluate the cost & benefits of green building features and practices, listing and marketing green homes and buildings, discussing grants and incentives available to homeowners, and helping consumers see a property's green potential. 

I also have the distinction of being e-PRO certified and becoming one of the few real estate professionals to earn the prestigious certification offered by the National Association of Realtors.  With advanced technology skills, including my own professionally styled website, I have an extended reach on the Internet than most to assist Buyer clients in their property searches and for Homeowners who need to list and sell their property quickly.  This includes the ability to syndicate property listings to over 35 syndication partners and displaying them on over 300 destinations on the Internet.
