David Mattice Biography

I have been a multi-million dollar producer and received the Top Producer Award every year that I have been in real estate. In 2009 I was #1 in Total Sales for EXIT Team Advantage Realty! Each year I have ranked in the top five in our local market. I have earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation. I serve on the Professional Standards Committee for the Otsego Delaware Board of Realtors. I have lived in the Oneonta area my entire life and am very familiar with the area and the people who live in this great part of New York. I have been involved in marketing, sales, and finance in the Oneonta area since college. My wife, Connie, and I have been married for 35 years and have two grown children and two grandchildren. We've had several chances to relocate to other areas but decided to raise our family in Oneonta. I am an elder and choir member at the First United Presbyterian Church in Oneonta, a Paul Harris Fellow in the Oneonta Rotary Club, as well as a National Weather Service Observer for the U.S. Government.
