David Mattice Biography

I have been a multi-million dollar producer and received the Top Producer Award every year that I have been in real estate. In 2007, I sold over $7 million dollars of residential and commercial real estate, finishing second in volume of sales and listings in the four county area. I have earned the Acredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation. As Broker/Manager of our office, I am responsible for agent development and recruiting. I serve on the Professional Standards Committee for the Otsego Delaware Board of Realtors. I have lived in the Oneonta area my entire life and am very familiar with the area, and the people who live in this great part of New York. I have been involved in marketing, sales, and finance in the Oneonta area since college. My wife, Connie, and I have been married for 34 years and have two grown children and two grandchildren. We had several chances to relocate to other areas but decided to raise our family here. I am an elder and choir member at the First United Presbyterian Church in Oneonta, a Paul Harris Fellow in the Oneonta Rotary Club, as well as a National Weather Service Observer for the U.S. Government.
